Melih Celik started DJing in Ingolstadt when he was fifteen and worked behind the bar at a nightclub, and he’s been doing it forever since. In 2017 he celebrated his 25th anniversary spinning records. These days the artist who calls himself Ask:Me is based in Munich. It was there he started a few residencies at the legendary Fat Fugo and Mandarin Lounge, where he played with the likes Woody, Sven Väth and DJ Hell, to name just a few. His biggest strike in the early years, and one he is still proud of, was when he became a part of Pulverturm, where he also held a residency.
As a producer Ask:Me has released stuff on labels such as Ministry Of Sound, Groove On, Frequenca, Opaque, International Deejay Gigolo and his own label Rotfenstermuisk. His music has been supported by artists and producers such as Giorgio Moroder, Richie Hawtin, Monika Kruse, Marco Carola, Erol Alkan, Digitalism and many more.
